To be able to deliver advertising and content suitable for you, such as sending a newsletter for example, as well as improving our services, we can also share your information with the partner company of PK Advogados, specialized in marketing and analysis of digital data, through third-party platform MailChimp. Always remembering our commitment to our customers to carefully choose companies that offer a level of data protection compatible with this Privacy Policy.
PK Advogados may also share its information with law enforcement or judicial authorities, competent public authorities, or other third parties, if required by applicable law, by a court decision, and at the request of authorities, to comply with a legal obligation.
